Termini di utilizzo
1. Jazz Road è un’Associazione sportiva dilettantistica associata all’ACSI. Per partecipare alle attività è necessario essere soci.
2. Una volta inviato il form, riceverai una E-mail con i dati per effettuare il pagamento all’associazione tramite bonifico, che dovrà avvenire entro 6 giorni dal ricevimento della E-mail. Se non dovessimo ricevere il bonifico, l’iscrizione verrà declinata.
3. In caso di cancellazioni, verranno trattenute le seguenti penali: - 50% del totale pagato dai 20 a 8 giorni prima della data di inizio del Festival; - 100% del totale pagato da 7 giorni prima della data di inizio del Festival.
4. Non è previsto alcun rimborso in caso di assenza al Festival per infortunio/malattia o impegni personali, se non nei termini sopra citati (3). Potete scriverci e cercheremo di rivendere il vostro biglietto.
5. Verrà creata una waiting list in caso di sovrannumero di followers/leaders.
6. In caso di malattia/infortunio, ritardi degli insegnanti o per qualsiasi altra ragione non dipesa e voluta dall’associazione, il programma potrà subire delle modifiche senza possibilità di rimborso.
7. Vi chiediamo di portare delle scarpe di ricambio con suola liscia e di rispettare le locations in cui si svolgerà il Festival, di mantenerle pulite e in ordine nel rispetto di tutti i partecipanti.
8. Dichiaro di essere in condizioni psicofisiche idonee e di essere in possesso di certificato medico per attività sportiva non agonistica e di assumermi ogni responsabilità per danni procurati ad altri/e o a cose. L’associazione non è responsabile della perdita o del furto di oggetti personali, inoltre dichiaro di sollevare l’associazione Jazz Road e i suoi collaboratori, in caso di lesioni, danni o qualsiasi causato da terzi. (Agli effetti degli artt. 1341 e 1342 c.c.) Inviandoci la vostra richiesta di iscrizione al Hop The Tower - Pisa Swing Festival e ai sensi degli artt. 10 e 320 cod.civ. e degli artt. 96 e 97 legge 22.4.1941, n. 633, Legge sul diritto d’autore, ci autorizzate alla pubblicazione e/o diffusione in qualsiasi forma delle proprie immagini sul sito internet, su carta stampata e/o su qualsiasi altro mezzo di diffusione ai fini pubblicitari.

1. Jazz Road is an Amateur Sports Club affiliated to ACSI. It is necessary to be ACSI associated to participate in JR activities. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with the details for the bank transfer, which has to be completed within 6 days. If we do not receive the bank transfer, your reservation will be automatically canceled. In the event of cancellation, the following amounts will be deducted: 50% of the amount paid between 20 and 8 days before the Festival’s starting date; 100% of the amount paid between 7 days and the Festival’s starting date. In the case of no showing for injury/illness or personal reasons, no repayment is foreseen, with the exception of the abovementioned conditions (3). You can write to us and we will do our best to resell your ticket. A waiting list will be created in case of followers/leaders exceeding number. In case of injury/illness or delay of the teachers, or for any reason not depending by the organizers, the schedule may undergo variations and no repayment is foreseen. We kindly ask you to bring a second pair of shoes with smooth soles and to take care of the premises by keeping them clean and in good order. I hereby declare to be in suitable psychophysical conditions, to be in possession of a medical certificate for amateur sports activity and to take full responsibility for damages caused to other people and/or things. Jazz Road is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings. I further declare that Jazz Road and its collaborators are not responsible for any injury or damage caused by third parties (Italian Civil Code articles. 1341 e 1342). Submitting your request for reservation to Hop The Tower - Pisa Swing Festival and pursuant to the articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and the articles 96 and 97 of the Italian law 22.4.1941, n. 633 on copyright, you automatically agree to the publication and/or dissemination of your images on the website, in print and/or by any means for the sole purpose of advertising.
